About Lisa
I am an Executive Coach and Enneagram Practitioner. I help leaders and organizations make personal growth, belonging, and thriving as important as the bottom line.
My approach blends deep inquiry and reflection with practical action steps. One client calls me “the booster”—for the sense of support, self-trust, and possibility that opens up during our sessions.
I care about you continuing to do your life’s work while experiencing support, alignment with your values, and sustained energy. And I believe this personal work is in service of something bigger–better relationships, greater access to joy, and supercharged impact.
I love helping people understand how Emotional Intelligence (EQ) can be activated to improve not just relationships and communication, but also decision-making and energy levels. The Enneagram is one of my favorite tools for helping individuals and teams build emotional intelligence. It has the added benefit of fostering psychological safety, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Conscious Leadership, cognitive psychology, and somatic therapy are also my jam. My clients find that our work together changes their professional trajectory as well as the way they think and relate.
I provide private coaching as well as leadership training and facilitation. I work globally and locally in Washington, DC. My clients include corporate teams, nonprofit founders and boards, social impact entrepreneurs, educators and changemakers.
The values that guide me are: compassion, integrity, and growth—and I’m currently learning how sometimes growth requires not watering the plant.

on a personal note
I’ve lived in the US and France, traveled through 49 states and 28 countries. I love exploring the world, especially through food, nature, and friendship. I was a mountains girl for most of my life but have recently discovered a love of the ocean.
I think the big heart I have for my clients is rooted in the intuitive sensitivity I had as a kid and the years I spent teaching high school, caring very deeply about my students. I served with Teach for America, taught internationally, and became a playwright. I still love a good homework assignment!
At any given time I’m reading and listening to 6+ books. Fitness–from running to weights to yoga to hiking–is my most consistent hobby, and I even had a stint as an OrangeTheory coach.
I am incredibly proud of my 20 year marriage. Nature and my children are my greatest teachers.
